Key concepts analysis


Language: I know its a film poster because it has all the characters in it and it has the title of the film in the poster and when its coming out.It also says "The killer is on this poster" so you know its a film poster for scream.

They all were behind making scream. 

Jenna Ortega, Mikey Madison, Melisser barrera are like the main characters in scream 5 because they are targetted and they obviously get the most because of there rolls. but neve cambell , courtney cox, david arquette and Marley shelton were from the original so they got more for just being there.


Audience: The targetted audience were probably people that enjoy horror movies and comedy or people that have watched all scream movies from scream1 to scream4.


Representation: It tells the audience that one of the characters in the poster is the killer and that by based on the house the killer is killing everyone there also you can see that ghostface is behind it all.

  1) What is the main readership demographic for The Times newspaper? Add as much detail as you can. The Times target audience is  older with over half the audience aged 55+ .
